    VetClaims.AI provides publicly available educational resources, informational materials, and self-help tools related to veterans’ benefits. The public website is intended for general informational and educational purposes only.

    These Terms apply to your use of the public website and publicly available materials. If you create an account, purchase a subscription, access paid tools, use the VetClaims.AI platform, or agree to additional terms at checkout or onboarding, those additional terms, policies, acknowledgments, and agreements will also apply. To the extent there is a conflict between these Terms and any signed agreement or clickwrap agreement governing paid platform access, the more specific agreement will control for the applicable offering.

    2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

    This website is owned and operated by the Company. All right, title, and interest in and to the materials made available through this website, including text, information, documents, graphics, images, software, tools, logos, videos, audio, designs, and other content, are owned by or licensed to the Company, unless otherwise stated.

VetClaims.AI is not a law firm, not a medical provider, not a Veterans Service Organization, and not an accredited representative, attorney, or claims agent recognized by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

    VetClaims.AI does not represent users before the Department of Veterans Affairs or any other government agency. VetClaims.AI does not prepare, present, prosecute, file, or submit VA benefits claims on behalf of users. VetClaims.AI does not communicate with VA on behalf of users. VetClaims.AI does not make decisions for users regarding whether, when, or how to file any claim, appeal, supplemental claim, higher-level review, or other benefits-related submission.

    Any information, resources, materials, or tools provided through this website are for general educational and self-help purposes only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and deciding whether to use any information, materials, or outputs made available through this website.

    For claim-specific assistance, you should consult a VA-accredited attorney, claims agent, or Veterans Service Organization representative.

    Fees charged by VetClaims.AI are flat-rate fees, one-time fees, subscription fees, or other fixed fees for access to the website, platform, educational resources, informational content, and technology tools. Fees are not charged for VA representation services, are not contingent on the outcome of any VA claim or appeal, and are not based on any percentage of past-due benefits awarded.

    VetClaims.AI does not charge fees for the preparation, presentation, or prosecution of VA claims. VetClaims.AI does not charge, receive, or seek compensation for services rendered in connection with the preparation, presentation, or prosecution of any initial claim for VA benefits in violation of 38 U.S.C. §§ 5904 or 5905.

    5. No Legal, Medical, Financial, or Professional Advice

    This website and the materials available through it do not constitute legal, medical, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.

    Use of this website does not create an attorney-client relationship, physician-patient relationship, fiduciary relationship, representative relationship, or any other professional relationship between you and the Company.

    6. No Government Affiliation or Endorsement

    VetClaims.AI is a private company. VetClaims.AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the federal government, or any other government agency.

    Any references to government agencies, VA forms, VA programs, statutes, regulations, or publicly available government resources are provided for informational purposes only.

    7. No Guarantee of Outcomes

    VetClaims.AI does not guarantee, warrant, represent, or promise that use of the website, platform, materials, tools, outputs, or related resources will result in:

    1. Approval of any VA disability claim, application, or petition.
    2. Award, grant, or increase of any VA disability benefits, compensation, pension, or other payments.
    3. Assignment of any particular disability rating, percentage, or classification by the VA.
    4. Any specific outcome, result, determination, or decision in any VA claim, appeal, hearing, or proceeding.
    5. Success in any appeal, reconsideration, supplemental claim, higher-level review, or other administrative or judicial proceeding before the VA, BVA, CAVC, or any other tribunal.
    6. Reduction in the time required for the VA to process, adjudicate, or decide your claim.
    7. Avoidance of errors, denials, reductions, adverse decisions, or other unfavorable results by the VA.
    8. Any other benefit, advantage, or favorable result.

    The VA and other applicable government agencies make all final determinations regarding eligibility, entitlement, disability ratings, effective dates, payment amounts, and benefits decisions based on individual facts, evidence, medical records, service records, applicable law, and agency review. VetClaims.AI has no control over, influence on, or involvement in the VA’s decision-making process, adjudication procedures, or outcomes.

    Any examples, estimates, explanations, testimonials, reviews, grades, scores, or educational materials are provided for informational purposes only and should not be understood as a promise, prediction, or guarantee of any outcome. Individual circumstances vary materially, and any estimate, assessment, score, or grade may differ significantly from any determination made by the VA or another government agency.

    Any refund policy, performance guarantee, promotional offer, grading-related term, subscription term, or other paid-access term applies only if expressly stated in separate written terms presented at checkout, onboarding, or within the applicable paid platform experience. Nothing on the public website should be interpreted as creating any refund right, performance guarantee, rating guarantee, benefits guarantee, or outcome-based promise unless expressly set forth in those separate written terms.

    8. Performance Guarantee, Refunds, and Offer-Specific Terms

    VetClaims.AI may make available a limited performance guarantee, refund policy, grading-related offer, promotional offer, subscription-specific term, or other paid-access offer (collectively, “Offer Terms”). Any such Offer Terms apply only if expressly published by VetClaims.AI or presented to you at checkout, onboarding, or within the applicable paid platform experience.

    Any performance guarantee offered by VetClaims.AI is a limited contractual refund or credit remedy subject to the specific written eligibility requirements, exclusions, limitations, documentation requirements, submission procedures, and expiration periods stated in the applicable Offer Terms. A performance guarantee is not a promise, prediction, warranty, or guarantee that you will receive any VA benefits decision, disability rating, rating increase, payment amount, effective date, eligibility determination, appeal outcome, or other government result.

    Any grade, score, estimate, rating-related assessment, potential increase assessment, educational analysis, or technology-assisted review made available through the website or platform is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Grades, scores, estimates, assessments, analyses, examples, calculators, and similar tools are based on the information available to or provided by the user and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or different from any determination made by VA or another government agency.

    Unless the applicable written Offer Terms expressly state otherwise, a user is not eligible for any performance guarantee, refund, credit, or promotional remedy if the user does not satisfy all published eligibility requirements, fails to provide accurate and complete information, fails to complete required user-directed steps, fails to submit required documentation or request materials within the stated time period, violates these Terms or any applicable platform terms, misuses the website or platform, or seeks a remedy for circumstances outside the scope of the applicable Offer Terms.

    Nothing in any performance guarantee, refund policy, grading-related term, promotional offer, or other Offer Terms changes the nature of VetClaims.AI’s role. VetClaims.AI does not provide VA representation, does not prepare, present, prosecute, file, or submit VA claims on behalf of users, does not communicate with VA on behalf of users, and does not charge fees for the preparation, presentation, or prosecution of VA claims.

    9. AI or Technology-Assisted Information

    Some publicly available website features may use artificial intelligence, automation, calculators, guided prompts, or other technology-assisted tools to provide educational information.

    Any automated, AI-generated, or technology-assisted information made available through this website is for educational purposes only and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, inconsistent, ambiguous, or inappropriate for your individual circumstances. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, evaluating, editing, correcting, supplementing, independently assessing, and deciding whether to use any information, materials, or outputs before relying on them, submitting them, filing them, publishing them, distributing them, or otherwise using them for any purpose.

    The Company may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing materials and may terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.

    Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms, this website, materials, tools, outputs, or related resources shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the applicable Terms of Service or other controlling clickwrap agreement, including any requirement for informal dispute resolution, mediation, and binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Austin, Texas.

    By using this website, you acknowledge that, to the extent provided in the applicable controlling agreement, disputes may be subject to mandatory individual arbitration rather than court litigation. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration or a court determines that arbitration is unavailable or unenforceable, the dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

    25. Entire Agreement

    These Terms, together with any Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, payment terms, subscription terms, refund policy, platform terms, or other terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your access to and use of the public website.

    If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
